Support for various audio formats

Live Folders

You will be able to add your music folder to Trilly Tunes, which will then recurse into all subdirectories and rebuild the folder structure (of course including all music files) inside Trillian. It will also keep this structure up-to-date (almost) in real time. The real-time live updates are severely harmed by some Windows internal problems, so don't expect too much right now.

Categorized Folders

Choose a folder and Trilly Tunes 2.0 will check all music files in this folder (including all sub folders) for their Artist, Genre, Year or Album and create one playlist sub-group for each where all music files e.g. from the same artist are put into.

CD drive integration

You can listen to music from your audio CDs. Trilly Tunes can also pull meta data (Track Name and Artist) from MusicBrainz and display it for each song.

WinAmp DSP plugin support

A lot of cool DSP plugins for WinAmp will also work inside Trilly Tunes, enabling you to use an equalizer and such.

Last.fm integration

Supports Audioscrobbling. You can also listen to your favorite Last.fm streams.

Full Drag & Drop support

Use Drag & Drop to re-order all items on your playlist, including the "Now playing" group and the control button bar.

New Remotes

Uitilizing GDI+ and a SkinXML mimikry, TT 2.0's Remotes can use cool things like hover effects and alpha-blended PNG images.

Stream Recording

Record every stream you are listening to. The stream can be saved as an MP3, OGG or MP4 (AAC) file.

Trilly Tunes 2.0 drops support for legacy versions. This means that Trilly Tunes 2.0 will only run with Trillian 3 and 4 and only on systems with Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, Server 2008 and Windows 7.

Windows 2000 users may also additionally need to download the Microsoft GDIPlus library (gdiplus.dll). You can get it here. Extract the ZIP archive and copy the DLL file to your WINNT\system32 folder.
