Added "Merge Group" feature

Summarizes all feeds from a group to behave as if they were one feed!
Big thanks to Christian Rauh who originally proposed this feature.

Updated PCRE and libcurl libraries

Fixed libiconv memory leak

Ares DNS resolver library is now enabled by default

(disable it if you are constantly getting DNS resolving errors with any feeds)

Dropped compatibility for Win98 systems without installed GDI+ library

Large JPEG images are automatically scaled down.

Improved stability

(hopefully, may not apply if you are using the new Merge Groups ;-)

Fixed various bugs, the filter functionality among others

Known Issues

• You may stumble upon missing or wrongly positioned icons depending on which icon set you are using.
• The Merge Group feature has not had much testing yet, so please use with care. I recommend to backup your GoodNews.ini before setting up the new release.
• The help file is out-of-date.
